ChallengeDevelop a commercial tract for a new Randolph-Brooks Federal Credit Union (RBFCU) site while providing two pad sites for other retail facilities. The tract is located in an “entry corridor overlay” district and has severe drainage issues.
SolutionThe Coyle team designed the parking area and detention pond in the rear of the property and by-passed off-site drainage around the pond, allowing RBFCU building maximizing street appeal.
Services ProvidedCoyle Engineering platted the property into three lots (two with street frontage) and prepared construction documents for all site improvements including building location, parking, paving, drainage, detention, highway access and utility services. |
