Challenge

Provide utility services, improved drainage and fire protection for a new Phase II building at the existing Brooks Academy of Science and Engineering (BASE) Charter School campus.

 

Solution

The Coyle team maintained and managed significant coordination with numerous jurisdictional agencies.

 

Services Provided

Coyle Engineering prepared construction documents for the addition of a new building (Phase II) behind the original school building. The plans included site drainage improvements, improved traffic circulation and parking, fire lanes, fire main extensions, additional fire hydrants, re-routed utility services and an additional water connection.
