SolutionThe Coyle team worked with the architect and owner’s representative to entitle the property and design the site improvements for the tilt-wall tenant warehouses, winning the San Antonio Business Journal’s 2006 “Best Industrial Development“.
Services ProvidedCoyle Engineering platted the tracts, prepared construction documents for all site improvements including site grading and drainage, vehicle parking and circulation, tractor-trailer parking, loading/unloading and circulation, and all utility connections, as well as obtained driveway permits from TxDOT and performed a downstream drainage analysis resulting in the projects being exempt from storm water detention requirements. |
