Redevelop several parcels of property on a culturally significant site into a single plotted lot for a high profile project.

Solution

The Coyle team is currently working on platting the property, which includes obtaining entitlements for the development of the tract from multiple regulating agencies.

Services Provided

Coyle Engineering is preparing and processing the subdivision plat, tree removal permits, drainage improvements and street reconstruction of a section of Cunningham Avenue, designing drainage improvements between the site and Fort Sam Houston, providing a reclaimed water service to the property and conducting a Level III Traffic Impact Analysis (TIA).
