Challenge

Design Phase I improvements for a new church campus on a severely sloped Hill Country parcel on Loop 534 around Kerrville, Texas.

Solution

The Coyle team worked with the architect, church building committee and the City of Kerrville to select a site and design the new church facility.

Services Provided

Coyle Engineering conducted due diligence for the church during site selection; platted the property, and prepared construction documents for all site improvements including drainage facilities, parking lots, driving and fire lanes, water, sewer and electric services to the buildings, and storm water detention facilities.
