Challenge

Construct a modern, multi-field baseball/softball park on 103 acres of donated land. The project had no vehicular access to the tract, limited funding and all work had to be completed by the City’s public works department.

Solution

The Coyle team worked with the City of Boerne to prepare construction documents for the park and the extension of the IH-10 frontage road.

Services Provided

Coyle Engineering prepared construction documents for the park, including a grading plan for the ball field complex, vehicular driving lanes and parking areas, drainage improvements, a pavilion, as well as a box culvert extension and frontage road extension in the TxDOT right-of-way of IH-10.
