Challenge

Create an upscale residential community on the bay in Rockport, Texas.

Solution

The Coyle team used the land plan to entitle and plat the property, and re-constructed a section of Fulton Beach Road.

Services Provided

Coyle Engineering platted the property, prepared construction documents for all site improvements including roads, drainage, water distribution, and sewer collection systems as well as a section of Fulton Beach Road with the design including a Texas Star in the pavement pointing from the gated entry out into the Bay aligned with the private pier.
