Beth is responsible for all aspects of running the corporation, including corporate direction, marketing strategy, risk management, personnel management, contract negotiations, and day-to-day operations. In July, 2007, she was profiled by Forbes Magazine along with six other Texas women business owners.

Beth is responsible for selecting and maintaining a staff of professionals and paraprofessionals and maintaining a company culture of "teamwork" and ongoing personal and professional development.
