With 27 years of experience in both private and public sector development, Rick provides clients and teaming members with a high level of experience in land development including land planning, design of water, sewer, street and drainage improvements. He has worked extensively with the surveying aspect of development and has worked closely with contractors, architects and municipality officials to complete the construction of a multitude of projects.
